Dates: Wednesday,
July 22 (arrive July 21) – Sunday, July 26, 2009
Arrival day is Tuesday, July 21 after 3:00 p.m. The Intensive
begins at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, July 22, and concludes at
3:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 26. The days begin at 9 a.m. and end
at 9 p.m., with 2-hour lunch and dinner breaks, and
morning/afternoon breaks. On the last day of the Intensive, the
afternoon will be spent wrapping things up, so you will not miss
any important new information if you need to leave to catch a
flight.

Oxford Suites Spokane Valley, Spokane, Washington
The Oxford Suites hotel overlooks the Spokane River, and is near
Mirabeau Point Park and the Centennial Trail. The Trail begins
at the Idaho state line and runs along the Spokane River through
Riverfront Park in Spokane. There is a walking tour that goes
through downtown Spokane past all of the historic buildings, and
a Sculpture Walk along the south side of the river. There are
wineries, golf courses, many lakes and several state parks in
the area around Spokane.

The rooms include a living room with sofa, refrigerators,
microwaves, coffee makers, hair dryers, and irons with ironing
boards. The tax rate is 10.7% plus $1.25/night tourism tax.

Oxford Suites provides a
full hot breakfast buffet every morning for guests of the hotel.
There will be a vegetarian lunch buffet in the Dining Room each
day for all Intensive participants. We feel it is important for
everyone to have some informal time together, and we are looking
forward to visiting with all of you at lunch!
Dinner will be on your own. There are many restaurants within
walking distance of the hotel, such as TGI Friday’s, Azteca, Red
Robin, IHOP, Wingers and Outback Steakhouse. The hotel offers a
Manager’s Reception in the evenings, with snacks and drinks
available for guests of the hotel.
Investment:
$775 (Includes event fees, vegetarian lunch buffets, coffee/tea
breaks, and taxes)
Registration:
A minimum deposit of $350 is requested with your
registration form, with the balance due on or before June 15.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund before May 10. Half refund before June 15. No refund
